Video footage shows McDonald's employee in Sydney, Australia throwing a drink in customer's face after being disrupted by their screaming.


The video shows the employee throwing the drink in the customer's face without provocation after being disturbed by their screaming, which angered the customer and prompted him to curse and throw food at the employees who tried to defend their colleague.



According to the New York Post, McDonald's Australia stated in a statement that 'the video did not show the customer entering the restaurant earlier and going behind the counter to disrupt the kitchen and threaten the staff.


"McDonald's Australia sincerely apologizes for this incident and hopes for a quick and smooth resolution. We take this matter seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future," McDonald's Australia concluded in their statement.
